Our Story
Mrs Alivelu Reddy started Yoga Therapy for all the ages of men and woman with an objective of providing good health for all. In today’s fast-paced world, wellness is often approached in fragments—physical fitness in one place, mental calm in another, and creative expression left aside. ARtwellness was created to respond to this growing need for a more complete and meaningful approach to health. It offers an integrated space where yoga nurtures the body, meditation calms the mind, and creative practices awaken inner balance and self-expression. ARtwellness serves as a sanctuary for individuals seeking not just fitness or relaxation, but a deeper, more sustainable sense of health, clarity, and fulfillment.
Our Mission
To provide a sanctuary where individuals can explore the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit. Through the integrative practices of yoga, mindful meditation, nourishing nutrition, and expressive fine art, we guide our community toward a life of conscious wellness and creative fulfillment.
Our Vision
To be a trusted center of excellence in holistic wellness that nurtures the body, calms the mind, inspires mindful living, and awakens the creative spirit for a healthier society.
Our Core Vlaues
- Holistic Harmony: We believe true wellness comes from nurturing all aspects of the self—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—and we see these elements as interconnected, just as our classes are.
- Mindful Presence: We cultivate a space of non-judgment and awareness, whether on the mat, in meditation, at the meal table, or before the canvas.
- Nourishing Foundation: We believe that what we feed our bodies is the foundation for everything else. We promote a kind, intuitive, and sustainable approach to nutrition.
- Creative Expression: We hold that art is not a luxury, but a vital form of human expression and a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing.
